Herron Accountants awarded Tribella Group the contract to undertake this architectually designed fitout level 4, to a heritage listed building in Fortitude Valley. This fitout included upgrades to:

The Outcome
All elements to this fitout had to be costed to suit the clients budget. Material access had to be managed as the lift was not allowed to be used for the transport of goods and materials. All of which had to be handled carefully up 8 flights of stairs, sizing of material and joinery had to be constructed to suit access. Noisy works were only actioned prior to other tenants’ commencement of works.
The programme was achieved and inspected throughout all stages to make sure heritage code of practice was adhered to correctly. The owner understood the buildability constraints and were over the moon at the quality and design achieved at handover.
