Tribella Group was given the opportunity to shine by being awarded the JGL Properties – Newstead Series on Evelyn Street delivering a bespoke design to the landmark multi-level residence at Newstead.
Port Office Hotel Front Bar
A CBD mainstay given a new lease of life – The Port Office Hotel in Brisbane has reopened. Or rather, it’s been reborn and returned to its former glory.
Aviso Group Office
All components of this design had to be considered and costed to suit the clients’ budget and staffing levels for future growth. This included a multi-level fitout including a relocation.
Virgin Australia Domestic Airport
Virgin Blue Domestic terminal upgrade located within the BAC (Brisbane Airport Corporation) precinct. Only a short working window was available to deliver the new check-in counters and service desk – a fast delivery was essential.
Envest Office
The design specifications included a staffing level requirement and fixed budget with a specified date of handover to suit the tenancy occupation requirements.
Dockside Recreational Centre
Dockside awarded Tribella Group the project to upgrade the recreatinal level 1 at Stradbroke Towers, Kangaroo Point, which was starting to show it’s 25 year age.
Herron Accountants Heritage listed Office
All elements to this fitout had to be costed to suit the clients budget. Material access had to be managed as the lift was not allowed to be used for the transport of goods and materials.
